Strengthening Communities Through Sustainable Development
Each of these initiatives reflects CSC’s commitment to strengthening communities, advancing social impact, and enabling inclusive development. We remain focused on designing and delivering meaningful programs that create long-term value, build resilience, and drive sustainable change across the communities we serve.
Women Economic Empowerment
CSC organizes skill enhancement and enterprise development training programs for marginalized women to strengthen their economic status and promote sustainable livelihoods. These trainings equip women with practical skills to improve the quality of their products and services and support them in starting small businesses.
Legal Assistance
CSC provides legal assistance to survivors of violence against women (VAW). When cases cannot be resolved at the community level, they are referred to CSC’s legal assistance cell. Following legal support, women survivors are supported in their rehabilitation, addressing the economic and social vulnerabilities that often force women to endure abuse and domestic violence.
Gender Equality Awareness Campaigns
CSC places special emphasis on promoting gender equality in rural areas and uses street theatre as an effective tool to raise community awareness. Under this project, street theatre performances focus on three key themes: women’s economic empowerment, reproductive health rights, and girls’ education.
